Major Scott Gardner, USCAP, Public Affairs Officer (PAO), is the official spokesperson for the unit and Commander, and is responsible for presenting Squadron news and information to the public.  Major Gardner plans events and campaigns to promote the CAP, raise funds, and works to recruit new members. He regularly submits articles to the Civil Air Patrol News and to other media outlets.

Major Gardner represents the Squadron at community events, interacts with local elected officials, and arranges CAP presentations to schools and civic groups.
